  1. I was visiting Boston and driving down nearby Prince St. looking for the Old North Church when I heard all this gunfire. I was wondering what the hell was going on! Turns out it was filming of this movie.

  2. My favorite fact about this movie is that the "bank" on Salem St is a laundromat in real life. That bank sign was left hanging over the laundromat sign for weeks, which added a nice tinge of surrealism to my weekly laundry runs. I'd hoped they'd give the sign to the laundromat as a souvenir after filming was done, but I never saw it again.

  3. So while this movie was being filmed I happened to b near fenway when they filmed. Yawkee way was obviously shut down for ambulance scene and I watched the armored truck drive out the door and flip on its roof. Really cool how they achieve this. Everything I mean every inch is thought out perfectly. I remember they were thinking of doing that armored truck scene again. (Which would have meant another day but they didn't because how I watched it flip kinda awkwardly and not perfectly on its roof is how it played out in movie so I know they didn't retake it. I watched it play out from my cousins apt which was right near where Jeremy Renners character got shot in the streets. There was a McDonald's right there his apt was next door.

  4. Glad I got to have a beer at Old Sully's before it closed and was converted to apartments. I've been trying to find the bar Agent Frawley and Krista Coughlin met in and discussed the dollar bill to no avail.
