Lost Highway was released into theaters on January 24th, 1997. Filming locations include Death Valley Junction, Los Angeles and Northridge, Ca. It was directed by David Lynch. Other notable films by Lynch include Blue Velvet, Eraserhead, Mulholland Drive and the Twin Peaks television series. Robert Blake played the ominous character Mystery Man. Four years later his wife was murdered and he was the prime suspect. Although acquitted, he never worked in the industry again. The score was composed by Angelo Badalamenti. The films first DVD release was on March 25th, 2008.

Arnie's Firestone - 800 S. La Brea Ave. Los Angeles, Ca. 90036
The structure was built in 1937 and operated as an automobile service station until 2015. On May 30th, 2012 it was designated a Los Angeles Historical-Cultural Monument. At the time of my visit it was the All Season Brewing Company.
It's a shame the way those homes look.
