Schmidt farm - Old Maypearl Rd. Waxahachie, Tx. 75167
The house and barn were demolished in 2019. Dove Meadow subdivision now occupies the land. I'm standing roughly where the barn would've been, facing the same direction as the screenshot. I'd like to thank PaulH of Halloween Filming Locations for helping me find this location.

Boswell's Service Station - Sycamore St. and Ennis St. Bardwell, Tx. 75119
The service station structure still remains, although it's been remodeled. The Farmer's Market was demolished at some point in the 80's or early 90's and a convenient store now occupies the spot.

Tara Theatre - 119 N. Dallas St. Ennis, Tx. 75119
The theatre was built in 1933. In July of 1992, a storm collapsed it's roof and the building was demolished shortly thereafter. "Summer of Fear", the movie showing, was actually directed by Wes Craven and preceded Deadly Blessing.
