The Twilight Zone: A Hundred Yards Over the Rim

A Hundred Yards Over the Rim aired on April 7th, 1961. Filming locations include Grant and Olancha, Ca. It was directed by Buzz Kulik. In total, Kulik directed nine episodes of The Twilight Zone. Fred Steiner conducted the score for the episode. Episodes of The Twilight Zone started becoming available on DVD in 1998. There's a sixty-one year gap in between when the episode aired and I took my comparison photos. I'm always extra excited to visit (and compare) the locations of something that was filmed that long ago, and in black in white.

  1. Love it! I know most episodes of TTZ were filmed on soundstages and backlots, but it would be awesome to see more location shots from that series and Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
