Hereditary

Hereditary was released into theaters on June 8th, 2018. Filming locations include Park City, Salt Lake City and Sandy, Ut. It was directed by Ari Aster, in what was his feature film directorial debut. He would follow it up with Midsommar, which was released the following year. The lead of Annie Graham was played by Toni Collette. Collette can also be seen in films like Fright Night (2011), Krampus and The Sixth Sense. The score was composed by Colin Stetson. The films first DVD release was on September 4th, 2018. One location that's almost inaccessible is the exterior of the Graham family home, as it's located in a very upscale gated community. The address is 7 White Pine Canyon Rd. Park City, Ut. 84060.

The high school exterior was also filmed at the Fairpark. The scene from Halloween 6 where Jamie escapes from Smith's Grove to the surface was filmed just across the street from this location, on the grounds of the Gadsby Power Plant.

The pole is no longer there and was probably just a prop placed there for the scene. The first time they pass the pole they were driving eastbound. When the decapitation occurred, they were driving westbound.
