    I was on chat with Jeff Burr director of this film and he told me location of the house was Veluzet movie property Melody Ranch,which is close to Magic Mountain in another part of Santa Clarita,and he told me that it was NOT Sable Ranch.What about filming location of those woods?

      Looks like the same house. Perhaps they moved it to the Sable Ranch?

    It is the same house,it used to be on Veluzat ranch,I got the picture where it used to be during filming,it was removed and renovated here for the filming of Devil 's Rejects.

    He actually said once it was Newhall Ranch as well, but it is the same house. It was moved and exteriors where changed a little.

    Veluzat Ranch is located in both Valencia and Newhall,on the border and this house was used in Alice Cooper s music video House of Fire.

      No, the structure didn't have any rooms upstairs. The stairs just stopped at the top.

    There was Leatherface s room upstairs and little girl s room.

      House stood at Indian Dunes park i n Santa Clarita Ca, which is close to Magic mountain amusment park.
      Bog/pool was constructed in forest surronding the property.

      It's mostly a shell of a house and it's occasionally used for productions.
