The Crazies (2010)

 




The Crazies was released into theaters on February 26th, 2010. Filming locations include Cordele, Ga. and Lenox, Ia. It was directed by Breck Eisner. It's a remake of George A. Romero's 1973 film of the same name. The lead is played by Timothy Olyphant, who can also be seen in genre films Dreamcatcher and Scream 2. It also stars Radha Mitchell, who can be seen in genre films Pitch Black, Silent Hill and Silent Hill: Revelation. The score was composed by Mark Isham. The films first DVD release was on June 29th, 2010.

Travel Center - 397 Rockhouse Rd. E. Cordele, Ga. 31015

It used to be a travel center, but at the time of my visit, it was the Rockhouse Truck & Trailer. The structure has been there since at least the early 1970's.

  3. Thank you for this! I Stayed at the KOA next to the travel centre back in 2013 and have been trying to figure out where exactly the location was ever since. We explored a little bit at the time, and it's incredible to see the landscape of the property hadn't changed much as of 2020.
