The Craft was released into theaters on May 3rd, 1996. Filming locations include Duarte and Malibu, Ca. It was directed by Andrew Fleming. Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell and Rachel True make up the circle. Skeet Ulrich played the part of Chris Hooker. Later in 1996, Scream, also starring Neve Campbell and Skeet Ulrich was released. The score was composed by Graeme Revell. The films first DVD release was on August 6th, 1997.

The location where the circle perform their ceremony is the exact spot where the opening beach scene from Dead & Buried was filmed. At the time of my visit it was high tide, unfortunately.

The 5,625 square foot house was built in 1914. The house can also be seen in Ghoulies IV and Tales From the Crypt episode Lover Come Hack to Me.
