Moving Target aired on February 8th, 1988 on NBC. Filming locations include Studio City and Westwood, Ca. It was directed by Chris Thomson. The lead of Toby Kellogg was played by Jason Bateman. Other notable productions starring Bateman include Air, Arrested Development, The Gift, Ozark and Teen Wolf Too. The movie also stars Chynna Phillips, who would go on the following year, to form the pop group Wilson Phillips, alongside Carnie and Wendy Wilson. Phillips is the daughter of John and Michelle Phillips of The Mamas & the Papas. The score was composed by Michel Rubini. The films first DVD release was in 2004.
