Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood was released into theaters on January 12th, 1996. Filming locations include Los Angeles, Ca. It was directed by Paris Barclay. Some of the films it parodies include Boyz n the Hood, Dead Presidents, Higher Learning, Juice, Menace II Society, Poetic Justice and South Central. The two leads were played by Shawn Wayans (Ashtray) and Marlon Wayans (Loc Dog), who also co-wrote the script. Overall, six members of the Wayans family appear throughout the movie. It also features a number of actors who were actually in the films it parodied. Some of which include Omar Epps (Higher Learning & Juice), Toshi Toda (Menace II Society), Lexie Bigham (Boyz n the Hood & South Central), Leonette Scott (Boyz n the Hood), Samuel Monroe Jr. (Menace II Society) and Lloyd Avery II (Boyz n the Hood and Poetic Justice). The score was composed by John Barnes. The films first DVD release was on January 5th, 1999.

The Quick and the Dead was released into theaters on February 10th, 1995. Filming locations include Benson, Az. It was directed by Sam Raimi. Other notable movies directed by Raimi include Darkman, Drag Me to Hell, Spider-Man and the Evil Dead trilogy. It includes an absolutely star-studded cast, headlined by Russell Crowe, Leonardo Dicaprio, Gene Hackman and Sharon Stone. The score was composed by Alan Silvestri. The films first DVD release was on September 29th, 1998.

Frailty





Frailty was released into theaters on April 2nd, 2002. Filming locations include Covina, Norwalk, Orange, Sun Valley and Whittier, Ca. It was directed by Bill Paxton, in what was his feature film directorial debut. Paxton also starred in the movie as Dad Meiks. Matt O'Leary and Jeremy Sumpter play his sons, Fenton and Adam Meiks. Levi Kreis and Matthew McConaughey play the adult versions of Fenton and Adam. The score was composed by Brian Tyler. The films first DVD release was on September 17th, 2002.
